Breathing properly can fix your neck and back pain
The way you breath can fix your chronic neck and back pain over time.
We often see patients with an unsymmetrical diaphragm from wrong posture.
Once you have an unsymmetrical diaphragm that could cause changes in spine structure which will cause neck or back pain.
If you practice proper breathing technic, over time your pain will be relieved.
First step: You should breath 1(breath in) to 3(breath out) ratio.
Second step: When you breath in, you can inhale loud and deep.
However, when you breath out, you should exhale very quietly as if no one can hear you breathing.
