Another trick for lower back pain

Prolonged sitting time in front of the computer can cause chronic low back pain. There’s a quick trick you can do to alleviate the pain.


1. Position yourself like the picture above.
2. Make the curve as much as you can.
3. Hold that position for 10-15 seconds and release it.
4. Repeat it for 5-10 times.


It will be opposite stretch from the first one.

2. Make your back u-shape as much as you can.
3. Hold this position for 10-15 seconds and release it.
4. Repeat it for 5-10 times.
